腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗胃间质瘤效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨对胃间质瘤患者行腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗的临床效果。方法 方便抽取2016年2月―2017年1月该院接收的76例胃间质瘤患者进行分组研究，接受腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗的38例患者作为综合组，将同期接受开腹手术治疗的38例患者作为开腹组，将所收集的数据进行比对，观察两组并发症发生几率以及手术指标。结果 综合组的并发症发生几率1例（2.63%）明显低于开腹组7例（18.42%），综合组的手术时间（84.02±16.18）min、术中出血量（77.89±13.15）mL等指标明显低于开腹组（91.45±12.25）min、（185.12±20.65）mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对胃间质瘤患者行腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗，能够缩短患者手术时间和住院时间，减少患者术中出血量，具有术后并发症少、恢复快等优势，对于患者的术后恢复具有十分显著的作用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜手术；胃镜手术；胃间质瘤患者；并发症；住院时间 　　[中图分类号] R735 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（a）-0063-03 　　Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Endoscopic Surgery on Gastric Stromal Tumor 　　ZHANG Qing-dong 　　General Surgery Department， Juxian Peoples Hospital， Juxian， Shandong Province， 276500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of combined laparoscopy and gastroscopic surgery on patients with gastric stromal tumors. Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric stromal tumors received from this hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. Thirty-eight patients undergoing combined laparoscopic and gastroscopic surgery were enrolled in the combined group. Patients in the same period adopting open surgery as an open surgery group， the data collected were compared to observe the incidence of complications and surgical indicators in both groups. Results The incidence of complications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the open group （2.63%， 18.42%）， the operative time（84.02±16.18）min in the combined group， and the bleeding volume in the combined group （77.89±13.15）mL， lower than those in the open surgery group of （91.45±12.25）min， （185.12±20.65）mL，with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.
