肝病患者血清C反应蛋白检测临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肝病患者血清C-反应蛋白检测的临床价值。 方法 2011年1月~2013年12月，选取本院诊治的93例肝病患者（21例急性肝炎、39例肝硬化、33例肝癌）和90例健康体检者作为研究对象，通过免疫散射比浊法，检测各组的血清C-反应蛋白水平，比较各组的血清C-反应蛋白水平及阳性率。 结果 与健康者比较，肝病患者的血清C-反应蛋白水平明显升高，阳性率显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；急性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌患者之间的血清C-反应蛋白水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），且肝病患者的血清C-反应蛋白水平与ALT、AST呈正相关。 结论 肝病患者的血清C-反应蛋白检测有助于评估肝内炎症活动及肝细胞受损情况，为临床诊断、治疗和预后评估提供重要依据。 　　[关键词] 肝病；血清；C-反应蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R575[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0024-03 　　 　　The clinical value of serum C-reactive protein for patients with liver disease 　　LI Hai-dong1 ZHENG Dan1 LI Zhong-ting2 　　1.Department of laboratory,the Eastern Campus of First Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou 510700,China;2.Department of laboratory,Shunde Rongqi Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province,Foshan 528303,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) for patients with liver disease. Methods 93 patients with liver disease (21 cases with acute hepatitis,39 cases with liver cirrhosis,33 cases with liver cancer) and 90 health subjects in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were regarded as the research subjects.The serum CRP level in the subjects were determined by immune nephelometry methods,CRP level and its positive rate between the groups were compared. Results Compared with the health persons, the serum CRP level were significantly increased and the positive rate were obviously improved in patients with liver disease and there was a statistical difference (P0.05);and there was a statistical difference of serum CRP level between the patients with liver disease including acute hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,liver cancer (P0.05) and the serum CRP level were positive correlated with ALT and AST for patients with liver disease.
