安徽省骨干企业的绿色物流发展现状及对策研究 摘 要 在我国物流业转型之初，绿色环保日益深入人心，引入绿色物流概念，对 物流的节能降耗和社会经济的可持续发展具有深远意义，绿色物流将是我们赢 得市场空间和长远发展的必然选择。 安徽省骨干企业的物流业正处于向现代物流转型时期，物流环节比较薄弱， 引导其物流向绿色物流方向转变，实施绿色物流管理，提升其竞争力和加强信 息化建设，为安徽的快速发展和中部崛起提供强有力的经济支持。 本文通过安徽骨干企业的行业特征、物流成本、科技实力等方面分析绿色 物流发展的现状，指出骨干企业绿色物流存在的问题，并通过 SWOT 分析绿色物 流发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，指出安徽骨干企业未来绿色物流发展的方 向：标准化、专业化、信息化；提出实施绿色物流的具体措施：绿色理念的传 播、供应链活动的绿色化、建立绿色绩效评价体系，以及寻求政府的引导支持 等，遵从绿色发展趋势，积极进行绿色化改革，为在新一轮产业竞争中站上全 球制高点奠定了坚实的基础。 关键词：骨干企业；绿色物流；绿色供应链；模糊层次分析法； Study on Green Logistics of Backbone Enterprises of Anhui Province Abstract With the beginning of logistics industry in China, the green ideas is growing in popularity. The introduction of the concept of Green Logisticst has far-reaching significance to save energy and promote economic development. Green logistics will be our long-term development to win market space and the inevitable choice . Anhui backbone enterprise logistics industry is in the transition period to modern logistics, the logistics link was weak, guide the logistics to green logistics direction changes, implement green logistics management, enhance its competitiveness and strengthen the construction of information for the rapid development of anhui and rising in central China provides the powerful economic support. This article through the Anhui backbone enterprises profession characteristic, the logistics cost, technology strength analysis of green logistics aspects of the present situation of the development of green logistics, and points out that the backbone enterprises, the existing problems and the development of green logistics through SWOT analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats; Propose and implement the concrete measures of green logistics for the spread of: green concept, the supply chain activities of the establishment of green green and performance evaluation system, and seek the guidance by the government support, follow green development trend, to carry out actively greening reform, for in the new
