腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠效果分析 　　广东省东莞市茶山医院妇产科，广东东莞 523380 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年1月～2013年12月我院收治的89例孕囊未破裂的异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，根据患者的意愿选择治疗方案，其中选择腹腔镜治疗的有63例，选择开腹手术的有26例，对比分析两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间和术后肛门排气时间。 结果 研究组手术时间（52.2±11.4）min，对照组为（60.1±15.7） min；研究组术中出血量为（23.8±17.0）mL，对照组出血量较大（44.5±23.8）mL；研究组的平均住院时间较短，为（4.4±1.5）d，而对照组有（5.7±1.8）d，研究组的术后肛门排气时间为（16.9±6.2）h，对照组（27.8±12.1）h，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 结论 腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠疗效显著，且高于传统开腹手术，适合在基层医院广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 异位妊娠；腹腔镜；开腹手术；疗效；基层医院 　　[中图分类号] R770.4#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）11-184-03 　　 　　An analysis of the effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy 　　LIN#8195;Yan#8195;#8195;LIAO#8195;Qinghui#8195;#8195;DONG#8195;Yun#8195;#8195;ZENG#8195;Yuting#8195;#8195;ZHU#8195;Chunli 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Chashan Hospital of Dongguan,Dongguan 523380,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
