腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后切口感染危险因素研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）患者术后切口感染状况，分析引起患者术后切口感染影响因素。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年3月-2016年3月118例收治LC患者，收集患者一般资料，对比切口感染患者与切口未感染患者有差异项目，带入Logistic回归方程进行计算，分析引起LC患者感染影响因素。结果：共纳入118例LC患者，其中术后发生切口感染患者12例，占10.17%。LC患者术后切口感染患者与切口未感染患者在手术时机、胆囊破裂、手术时间、住院时间上对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。将上述因素带入Logistic回归方程计算发现，手术时机、胆囊破裂、手术时间、住院时间均是术后切口发生感染影响因素。结论：LC患者术后切口感染发生率较高，引起患者感染的因素较多，临床上应对患者进行针对性干预，从而降低感染发生率。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜； 胆囊切除术； 术后切口感染； 影响因素 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.9.019 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）09-0038-02 　　Research on the Influence Factors of Incision Infection after the Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy/HE Guangxi，LONG Zehan，XIAO Kemin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（9）：38-39 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the incision infection condition after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） and analyze the influence factors of postoperative incision infection.Method：The clinical data about 118 patients of receiving the LC from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital was reviewed.The general data was collected.After the LC，the influence factors for patients with and without incision infection were analyzed through the Logistic regression equation.Result：After the LC，there were 12 cases with incision infection（10.17%）.The operation timing，gallbladder perforation，operation time and hospitalization time for patients with and without incision infection were significantly different（P0.05）.According to the Logistic regression equation analysis，it was known that the influence factors of incision infection included the operation timing gallbladder perforation，operation time and hospitalization time.Conclusion：After the LC，the incidence rate of incision infection is relatively high.The factors of causing the patients’ incision infection are diversified.The special nursing interventions can reduce the incidence rate of incision infection in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopic； Cholecystectomy； Postoperative incision infection； Influence factors 　　First-author’s add
