联合生物反馈电刺激和盆底肌肉锻炼法治疗老年女性轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂临床效果及对生活质量影响 　　【摘 要】目的：研究?c分析联合生物反馈电刺激和盆底肌肉锻炼法治疗老年女性轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：随机选取自2015年12月-2017年12月来我院进行治疗的患有老年女性轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂的患者50例，随后采取随机数字法将患者分为两组，即单纯肌肉锻炼组与联合生物反馈电刺激组，每组各25例，其中单纯肌肉锻炼组患者采取单纯的盆底肌肉锻炼法进行治疗，而联合生物反馈电刺激组患者生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗法进行治疗，观察两组患者的盆底肌表面肌电位的变化情况、生活质量评分情况以及盆腔器官脱垂定量分级的情况。结果：两组患者经过治疗后，患者的盆底肌表面肌电位的变化情况、生活质量评分情况以及盆腔器官脱垂定量分级的情况均较好，但是联合生物反馈电刺激组患者的盆底肌表面肌电位的变化情况、生活质量评分情况以及盆腔器官脱垂定量分级的情况显著优于单纯肌肉锻炼组，具有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：联合生物反馈电刺激和盆底肌肉锻炼法治疗老年女性轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果显著及对生活质量的影响较大，值得进一步推广与使用。 　　【关键词】生物反馈电刺激；盆底肌肉锻炼法；老年女性轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂 　　Abstract Objective： To study and analyze the clinical effect of combined biofeedback electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise in treating elderly women with mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse， and its effect on quality of life.Methods： randomly selected since December 2015 - December 2017 to our hospital for treatment of patients with mild-to-moderate pelvic organ prolapse elderly women 50 cases， then take the digital method divided the patients into two groups at random， namely pure muscle exercise group and joint biofeedback electrical stimulation group， each group of 25 cases， including pure muscle exercise group of patients taking simple pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment， and in combination with biofeedback electrical stimulation group of biofeedback electrical stimulation in patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise combined therapy treatment， observe two groups of patients with pelvic floor muscles methods of potential changes in the situation， the quality of life score and quantitative classification of pelvic organ prolapse.Results： two groups of patients after treatment， the patients of pelvic floor muscles methods of potential changes in the situation， the quality of life score and quantitative classification of pelvic organ prolapse are good， but the coalition biofeedback electrical stimulation group of patients with pelvic floor muscle methods of potential changes in the situati
