联合高频及低频超声技术诊断阑尾炎临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 总结阑尾炎的声像特点，探讨联合高频及低频超声技术在阑尾炎诊断中的临床价值。 方法 2009年1月～2014年3月我院共有1240例患者因外科诊断阑尾炎接受阑尾切除术，以手术和术后病理诊断为判断标准，分析术前超声声像资料，统计分析超声诊断符合率。 结果 1240例患者术前均使用高频及低频探头进行联合检查，其中1173例超声诊断为阑尾炎，1161例患者术后证实为阑尾炎，12例误诊为阑尾炎，漏诊67例，超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为98.98%，超声筛查符合率为93.63%，误诊率为1.00%，漏诊率为5.40%，所有患者无严重并发症，且痊愈出院。 结论 联合高频、低频超声技术对阑尾炎的诊断符合率高，具有无创、经济、安全等特点，同时可为临床医师提供可靠的诊断依据。 　　[关键词] 阑尾炎；超声诊断；高频超声；低频超声；病理诊断 　　[中图分类号] R445.1；R656.8 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）23-0115-03 　　Clinical value analysis of combined high and low frequency ultrasound to diagnose appendicitis 　　LI Shiying HE Qinglan LIAO Xiaohong 　　Department of Ultrasound，the People`s Hospital of Jianyang City in Sichuan Province，Jianyang 641400，China. 　　[Abstract] Objective To summarize the ultrasonic graphic of appendicitis and evaluate the clinical value in diagnosis of appendicitis with combined high and low frequency ultrasound. Methods From January 2009 to March 2014， 1240 patients were accepted appendectomy because of appendicitis. According to the results of operation and pathology， their ultrasound imaging and coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis were analyzed. Results Combined high frequency and low frequnency ultrasound were used in 1240 cases， 1173 cases were diagnosed with appendicitis by ultrasonic diagnosis， 1161 cases were comfirmed by operation and pathology， 12 cases were misdiagnosed， 67 cases were missed diagnose， The accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis compatible with the pathological diagnosis was 98.98%， the rate of ultrasonic screening coincidence was 93.63%， the rate of misdiagnosed was 1.0%， the rate of missed diagnose was 5.40%. All of them had recovered and discharged without serious complications. Conclusion Combined high and low frequency ultrasonic technique had high accuracy in diagnosing appendicitis， it had these advantages， noninvasive、economy and safety， it could provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinicians. 　　[Key words] Appendicitis； Ultrasonic diagnosis； High frequ
