肝功能检测与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析肝功能检测和妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症的相关性。 方法 整群选取2013年10月―2015年4月该院收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症患者82例，将所有患者按照肝功能情况分为转氨酶异常组和转氨酶正常组，每组41例。比较分析两组肝功能和血清总蛋白代谢异常、母婴并发症和妊娠结局的差异。 结果 转氨酶正常组的ALT值、A值、G值、TP值等均显著由于转氨酶异常组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；转氨酶正常组ALT例数、A例数、G例数以及A/G倒置率均显著低于转氨酶异常组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；转氨酶正常组产妇和胎儿结局显著优于转氨酶异常组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 肝功能检测能够快速有效的反映妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的肝功能和血清总蛋白异常变化，两者之间存在显著相关性。 　　[关键词] 肝功能检测；妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症；相关性分析 　　[中图分类号] R714.255 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0049-03 　　Correlation Analysis of Liver Function Test and Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy 　　CHENG Chun-hong 　　Clinical Laboratory， Zhangjiajie Peoples Hospital， Zhangjiajie， Hunan Province， 427000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the correlation between liver function test and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
