联合检测血清AFPGGTAFUD―D在原发性肝癌诊断中临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨甲胎蛋白（AFP）、谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（AFU）及D-二聚体（D-D）联合检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的临床意义。方法：选取60例原发性肝癌患者（原发性肝癌组）和60例健康体检者（对照组），检测其血清AFP、GGT、AFU、D-D的水平，并进行统计学分析。结果：原发性肝癌组患者血清AFP、GGT、AFU、D-D单项检测阳性率分别为83.33%、75.00%、85.00%、78.33%，均明显高于对照组的5.00%、8.33%、3.33%、1.67%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。四项血清标志物联合检测阳性率为88.33%，显著高于各单项检测，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。原发性肝癌组的联合检测的阳性率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：AFP、GGT、AFU及D-D是原发性肝癌诊断的有效指标，联合检测对辅助诊断原发性肝癌及监测预后有重要的临床参考价值。 　　【关键词】 甲胎蛋白； 谷氨酰转肽酶； α-L-岩藻糖苷酶； D-二聚体； 原发性肝癌 　　Clinical Application of Combined Detection of Serum AFP，GGT，AFU，D-D in the Diagnosis of Primary Hepatic Cancer/ZHANG Wen-juan，ZHANG Li-hui.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：125-128 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of the detection of alpha-fetoprotein （AFP） combined with glutamyl transpeptidase （GGT），alpha-L-fucosidase （AFU）and D-dimer（D-D） in the diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer（PHC）.Method：60 primary hepatic cancer patients（primary hepatic cancer group） and 60 heathy individuals（control group） were selected，the levels of serum AFP，GGT，AFU and D-D were detected and analyzed statistically.Result：The positive rates of serum AFP，GGT，AFU，D-D in primary hepatic cancer were 83.33%，75.00%，85.00%，78.33%，respectively，which were significantly higher than 5.00%，8.33%，3.33%，1.67% in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of combined detection of four serum markers was 88.33%，which was significantly higher than those of each single item，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of combined detection of primary hepatic cancer group was higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：AFP，GGT，AFU and D-D are effective indicators for the diagnosis of primary liver cancer，joint detection has important clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of primary hepatic cancer. 　　【Key words】 Alpha-fetoprotein； Glutamyl transpeptidas
