肝病全营养粉治疗肝硬化失代偿期营养不良患者疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 观察应用肝病全营养粉，治疗肝硬化失代偿期营养不良患者的疗效观察。方法 160例患者分为应用肝病全营养粉组（A组80例），未应用肝病全营养粉组（B组80例），两组在入院前营养情况，与出院前比较，治疗30 d并发症减少比较，观察其疗效。结果 A组与B组在出院前比较，营养正常者差异有显著性（P0.05），重度营养不良减少差异有显著性（P0.05）；治疗30 d，A组与B组比较，上消化道出血减少差异有显著性（P0.05），肝昏迷减少差异有显著性（P0.05）。结论 肝硬化失代偿期营养不良患者应用肝病全营养粉，能改善患者营养状况，减少并发症，提高患者生存质量，能有效地改善患者的预后。 　　关键词：肝病全营养粉；肝硬化失代偿期；营养不良 　　中图分类号：R575.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）23-0079-03 　　Effect of Total Nutrient Powder for Liver Cirrhosis on Malnutrition in Patients with Decompensated Cirrhosis 　　XU Feng1，2 　　（Department of Infectiouis，Department of Nutrition，Qianjiang Central Hospital，Qianjiang 433100，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of liver disease nutritional powder，observation of treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis patients with malnutrition.Methods 160 patients were divided into the application of liver disease nutritional powder group（group A，80 cases），liver disease without the use of nutritional powder group（group B，80 cases），two groups before admission of nutrition，compared with discharge before 30 days of treatment to reduce complications，the curative effect was observed.Results In the A group compared with B group before hospital discharge，there was significant difference between normal nutrition（P0.05），severe malnutrition decreased significantly（P0.05）；30 d treatment，A group compared with B group，the difference of upper digestive tract hemorrhage decreased significantly（P0.05），hepatic coma decreased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Decompensated liver cirrhosis patients with liver disease malnutrition nutritional powder，can improve the nutritional status of the patients，reduce the complications and improve the the quality of life of patients，can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients. 　　Key words：Total nutrient powder for liver disease；Decompensated cirrhosis；Malnutrition 　　我??是个肝病大国，中国人群乙肝表面抗原携带率为7.2%，约有9 300 万人携带HBV[1]。许多慢性肝炎患者处于肝硬化失代偿期阶段，由肝硬化引起的并发症如：上消化道出血、感染、肝昏迷等已被临床医生普遍重视，但对这类患者营养不良的治
