摘要 本文对电子商务环境下供应链管理集成进行了研究并提出了一个 框架建议 供应链管理是企业在快速多变的竞争环境中生存 发展和壮 大的一种新的经营管理和生产组织模式 即在企业间资源共享和信息集 成的基础上 通过对企业资源进行统一的管理 实现供应链的协同和供 应链整体利润的最大化 现代供应链管理离不开信息技术的杠杆作用 ERP, CRM 和 SCM 系统是该领域中信息系统的代表 这些信息系统一 方面提高了供应链管理的效率 同时也在供应链中形成信息孤岛 有损 于供应链的整体利益 同时 电子商务的运行借助于互联网 为供应链 管理提供了新的模式 电子商务环境下的供应链管理系统是基于协同决 策中心的并行管理模式 具有很强的决策支持和数据分析功能 在技 术方面 供应链管理应用集成的基础是企业应用集成 企业应用集成可 分为深度集成和广度集成 涉及的关键技术包括分布式对象技术 XML 和 WebService 根据企业内部集成和企业间集成的不同特点和需求 论文分别选取 RMI 和 WebService+XML 技术,选取具有代表性的 ERP 系统模块 定义了集成接口 从而提出了一个供应链管理应用集成的框 架建议 Abstract In this dissertation, we discussed the Supply Chain Management application integration in the environment of E-Business and presented a framework of it. SCM is a new operational and production mode, which enables enterprises to survive, develop and expand in the on-changing environment with intensive competition. SCM aims at achieving the supply chain coordination and maximizing the total profit of the whole supply chain on the basis of integration and optimization of enterprise resources. Meanwhile, modern SCM can not develop without the aid of IT as a leverage and ERP, CRM as well as SCM are typical Management Information Systems in the field of SCM, which, on one hand, greatly improves the efficiency of Supply chain, on the other hand, has lowered the total profit of the whole supply chain because of many information islands existing within and among enterprises. Moreover, E-Business operating with the aid of Internet has provided a brand new operation model for SCM. Therefore, it is of great practical importance to achieve SCM application integration esp. for supply chain coordination. In the technological perspective, SCM application integration is based on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and the main technology related is Distributed Object Technology, XML and Web Service. According to the characteristics and requirements of intra-enterprise EAI and inter-enterprise EAI, we selected RMI and XML
