II II ABSTRACT E-military Affairs is the base of military information. Its nature is using information and communication technology to break the electronic virtual government of organization limitation in military government of leading cadre in order to push on its office automation, network, and electricity, and totally realize to share the information. Its contents include the building of internal network ， the application of office automotive system, the foundation of electronic material library and so on. Carrying forward the foundation of E-military Affairs plays an important role in promoting the military information, enhancing the scientific quality of military talents, working efficiency and level of modern management and improving the working style of the leading government. Nowadays, the military communication net platform has been built and the E-military Affairs almost realized. However, the military government of leading cadre feels the convenience brought by E-military Affairs, but, at the same time, it also experiences the negative effects, such as virus, hacker etc. The problem of network safety is more and more prominent, and the struggle of stealing secret and anti-stealing secret is very violently. The secret military information is threatened. So the network safety of E-military Affairs is greatly concerned. How to establish the system of safe protection, guarantee the military network system to run well and protect the information resource of military secrets against violate has already become a serious problem that the Party and Army have concerned. Combing the engineering practice in certain army, the selected title aims at studying the network security problem in the E-military Affairs. Combining the theory and practice together closely, the network system structure of the current E-military Affairs of our Army and the application are studied.
