辛伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗脑血栓效果研究与分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨阿司匹林与辛伐他汀联合治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法：选择2015年2月-2016年5月本院收治的130例脑血栓患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各65例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，联合辛伐他汀治疗，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组的Barthel指数和NIHSS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，观察组的NIHSS评分和Barthel指数均较对照组明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG、Smax以及IMT均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床上给予脑血栓患者阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗，能够降低血脂水平，使神经功能缺损减轻，提高治疗效果，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 阿司匹林； 辛伐他汀； 脑血栓； 临床效果 　　Study and Analysis of Effect of Simvastatin Combined with Aspirin on Cerebral Thrombosis/TIAN Guang-qin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（17）：129-131 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Aspirin combined with Simvastatin for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Method：130 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，65 cases in each group，the control group was treated with Aspirin，and the observation group was treated with Simvastatin on the basis of the control group，the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result：Before treatment，there were no significant differences in Barthel index and NIHSS score between the two groups（P0.05）；after treatment，the NIHSS score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The LDL-C，HDL-C，TC，TG，Smax and IMT in the observation group were better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical treatment of Aspirin combined with Simvastatin in patients with cerebral thrombosis can reduce blood lipid levels，reduce neurological impairment，and improve the treatment effect，it is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Aspirin； Simvastatin
