软衬材料在深覆上颌前牙缺失活动义齿修复中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨深覆上颌前牙缺失病例修复中使用软衬材料制作可摘局部义齿的修复效果和咀嚼效率。方法：选择2013年3月-2015年2月在大兴区人民医院口腔科进行全口义齿修复的无牙颌患者70例，随?C分为对照组与试验组，每组35例。试验组采用常规热凝树脂制作义齿后前牙区组织面加软衬材料制作活动义齿，对照组采用常规热凝树脂材料制作活动义齿。随访观察6个月，观察两组临床疗效和吸光度值。结果：试验组成功率为85.71%，高于对照组的57.14%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组的吸光度值为1.109±0.129，高于对照组的1.075±0.108，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对深覆上颌前牙缺失者，应用软衬材料修复可获得良好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 软衬材料； 深覆； 前牙缺失； 可摘局部义齿 　　Application of Soft Lining Materials in Deep Overbite Malocclusion Maxillary Anterior Teeth Loss Restoration/SHEN Yin-huan，LIU Yu-feng，GAO Yong-bo.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：121-124 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the restoration efficiency and masticatory efficiency of removable partial dentures using soft lining materials in deep overbite malocclusion maxillary anterior teeth loss restoration.Method：70 edentulous patients with complete dentures were selected from department of stomatology in Daxing District People’s Hospital from March 2013 to February 2015，these patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，35 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with conventional hot setting resin to prepare the removable denture after the soft tissue of the anterior teeth，the control group was treated with conventional thermal curing resin.Followed up for 6 months，the clinical efficiency and absorbance value were evaluated.Result：The success rate of the experimental group was 85.71%，which was higher than 57.14% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The absorbance value of the experimental group was 1.109±0.129，which was higher than 1.075±0.108 of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with deep overbite and anterior teeth missing，the application of soft lining material can obtain good clinical effect，which is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Soft denture liner； Deep overbite malocclusion； Maxillary anterior teeth loss； R
