针灸结合中药内服外敷治疗产后尿潴留临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨针灸结合中药内服外敷治疗产后尿潴留的临床价值。 方法 选取2012年6月～2013年6月本院收治的产后尿潴留患者59例，随机分为观察组29例、对照组30例。对照组采用平补平泻法，针刺中脘、关元、中极，双侧天枢、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交等，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药内服外敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、起效时间及排尿时间。 结果 观察组的总有效率为93.10%，对照组为76.67%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的起效时间、排尿时间明显短于对照组 （P0.05）。 结论 针灸结合中药内服外敷治疗产后尿潴留效果确切，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 针灸；中药；内服外敷；产后尿潴留 　　[中图分类号] R714.64 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）04（a）-0129-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of acupuncture combined with oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention. Methods 59 patients with postpartum urinary retention treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group with 29 patients and the control group with 30 patients.The control group was given neutral supplementation and draining method for acupuncturing zhongwan，guanyuan，zhongji and bilateral tianshu，zusanli，yinlingquan，sanyinjiao and so on，the observation group was given oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy，onset time and urination time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.10% and 76.67% respectively and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P0.05）；onset time and urination time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P0.05）.
