金黄汤加减联合肛门熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后肛缘水肿临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：对金黄汤加减联合肛门熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后肛缘水肿的临床效果进行观察分析。方法：采用随机抽选法从笔者所在医院2014年1月-2017年1月收治的痔术后肛缘水肿患者中抽取90例，按照治疗方式的不同将其均分为对照组和观察组，给予对照组45例患者麝香痔疮膏治疗，给予观察组45例患者金黄汤加减联合肛门熏洗坐浴治疗，对两组患者治疗情况进行对比分析。结果：两组术后1 d，肛缘水肿评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），而术后3、7 d，观察组肛缘水肿评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），对两组肛缘水肿治疗效果进行比较，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床治疗痔术后肛缘水肿可采用金黄汤加减联合肛门熏洗坐浴治疗，其能有效提高治疗效果，改善患者肛缘水肿程度，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 痔术后肛缘水肿； 金黄汤； 肛门熏洗坐浴； 麝香痔??膏 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.2.006 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）02-0012-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Gold Decoction combined with anus fumigation bath in the treatment of hemorrhoids anal edema after operation.Method：From January 2014 to January 2017，90 cases were selected from the anal margin of edema in patients with hemorrhoid treated in our hospital after the random selection method，according to the different treatment methods were divided into the control group and the observation group，the control group was given the Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment for example，the observation group of 45 patients with Gold Decoction and anus fumigation bath，the effect of two groups of patients with treatment were compared analyzed.Result：Two groups of postoperative perianal edema score after one day were no significant differences（P0.05），and the anal edema score in the observation group postoperative 3 days，7days were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05），to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of perianal edema，the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical treatment of hemorrhoids anal edema after operation can use Gold Decoction combined with anus fumigation bath，which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect，improve patients with perianal edema degree，with high clinical value，worthy of promotion of use. 　　【Key words】 Anal edema after hemorrhoidectomy； Gold Decoction； Anus fumigation b
