针药并用对风寒阻络证颈型颈椎病患者中医证候及颈痛量表评分影响 　　摘要：目的 观察针药并用对风寒阻络证颈型颈椎病患者中医证候评分及颈痛量表（NPQ）评分的影响。方法 将90例纳入患者按随机数字表法分为针药组、中药组和针刺组，每组30例。针药组予桂枝加葛根汤加减方和电针治疗，中药组予桂枝加葛根汤加减方治疗，针刺组予电针治疗。观察治疗前后3组患者中医证候评分及NPQ评分变化，进行对比分析。结果 针药组治疗前后中医证候评分及NPQ评分差值均高于针刺组、中药组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）;针刺组和中药组之间中医证候评分及NPQ评分差值比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 针药并用能缓解风寒阻络证颈型颈椎病患者的中医证候，减轻颈部疼痛，改善颈部功能状态。 　　关键词：颈型颈椎病;风寒阻络证;针刺;中药;颈痛量表评分 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2015.02.007 　　中图分类号：R274.915.31文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2015）02-0022-03 　　Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Scores of TCM Syndrome and Neck Pain Questionnaire in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis with Syndrome of Cold Locking the Collaterals FENG Shao-ling， LI Wen-chun （Shunde TCM Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine， Shunde 528333， China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on scores of TCM syndrome and Neck Pain Questionnaire （NPQ） in patients of cervical spondylosis with syndrome of cold locking the collaterals. Methods Ninety cases of patients were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with TCM group， TCM group， and acupuncture group， 30 cases in each group. The acupuncture combined with TCM group was given modified Guizhi plus Gegen decoction and electro acupuncture;the TCM group was given modified Guizhiplus Gegen decoction only;the acupuncture group was given electro acupuncture only. The scores of TCM syndrome and NPQ of the three groups were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results The deviation scores of TCM syndrome and NPQ before and after treatment of the acupuncture combined with TCM group were higher than the acupuncture group and the TCM group （Plt;0.05）， but there was no statistical difference between the acupuncture group and the TCM group （Pgt;0.05）.
