浅谈人文关怀在儿童骨科病房应用 　　[摘要] 目的 为了进一步探究人文关怀在儿童骨科病房护理中的实际作用和应用效果。 方法 整群选取该院2016年1―6月收治的206例儿童骨折患者的临床治疗资料，采用随机分组方式将全部患者分为对照组（常规护理方式）和护理组（人文关怀护理方式），每组患者103例，对比2种护理方式下患者的治疗效果、护理满意度以及护理质量。结果 护理组103例满意度98.06%（101/103），对照组103例82.52%（85/103），同时护理组护理质量评分（92.11±2.43）分，明显高于对照组（77.69±3.51）分，对比结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理以“人性为本”作为护理的核心理念，从心理和生理2个方面去理解和关怀病人，并能够根据儿童的年龄特点、身体特点去制定相应的护理对策，从而提高儿童在治疗过程中配合程度以及治疗效果，人文关怀应在儿童骨科病房中做重点推广。 　　[关键词] 人文关怀；骨折；护理；儿童；患者满意度 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（b）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To further study the practical function and application effect of humanistic care in the ward in the child orthopaedic department. Methods 206 cases of children with fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January to June 2016 were group selected and randomly divided into two groups with 103 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing method， while the nursing group adopted the humanistic nursing method， and the treatment effect， nursing satisfactory degree and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results 103 cases were satisfied in the nursing group， accounting for 98.06%（101/103）， and 103 cases were satisfied in the control group， accounting for 82.52%（85/103）， at the same time， the nursing quality score in the nursing group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（92.11±2.43）points vs （77.69±3.51）points]， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing cares for patients from the mental and physical aspects based on the humanistic-oriented nursing idea， and makes the corresponding nursing strategies according to the age features and physical features of children thus improving the cooperation degree and treatment effect of children in the treatment course， which should be especially promoted in the child orthopaedic department. 　　[Key words] Humanistic care； Fracture； Nursing； Children； Satisfactory degree of patients 　　人文?P怀是最先进、最流向的一种的护理理念[1-2]
