PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT1 摘 要 自20世纪60年代以来，随着科学技术进步和生产力发展，国际贸易规模越来越大，贸易的商品结构和地区分布也发生了很大变化，以绝对优势论、比较优势理论和资源禀赋理论为代表的传统国际贸易理论对国际贸易新的变化已难以做出有力的解释，主要体现在：1.世界贸易的绝大部分是在要素禀赋相似的工业化国家之间进行的；2.大部分贸易是产业内贸易，即相似产品的双向贸易；3.第二次世界大战后扩大的贸易中相当一部分是在没有资源重新分配或收入分配影响情况下出现的，也就是说出现了以战略性贸易理论、竞争优势论和产业内贸易论等新的国际贸易理论体系。 在全球经济日趋一体化的国际经济形式下我国也加入了WTO，慢慢的外贸进出口总额和增长速度全部比GDP发展速度高，中国在这种环境下也逐步融入世界经济体系，频繁的与世界各国进行各种经济交流。全新的世界经济态势，必然会对中国的各方面尤其是外贸产生长远的影响。只有中国的对外贸易持续、平稳、健康的发展，才能更好的促进经济发展,本文从中国当前外贸情况出发，充分研究与分析了国际贸易新要素论、国家竞争优势论不完全竞争与规模经济的国际贸易理论、战略性贸易政策理论和产业内贸易论，并阐述了几大理论对中国外贸的影响，并且进一步的提出经济一体化的全球环境下新国际贸易理论对外贸易的影响与启示。 关键词：对外贸易；国际贸易新理论；政策影响与启示 ABSTRACT Since the 1960s, with the scientific and technological progress and the development of the productive forces, the scale of international trade is growing, trade commodity structure and regional distribution has undergone great changes, absolute advantage theory, the theory of comparative advantage and resource endowments theorynew changes to international trade represented by the traditional theory of international trade has been difficult to make a strong explanation, mainly reflected in: the vast majority of world trade between industrialized countries with similar factor endowments; 2. mosttrade is intra-industry trade, two-way trade in similar products; trade expanded after World War II, a considerable part in the absence of resource re-allocation or income distribution impact case, that appears to strategictrade theory, the theory of comparative advantage and intra-industry trade of new international trade theory system.
