醒脑静注射治疗脑卒中恢复期智力障碍功效与运用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨醒脑静注射治疗脑卒中恢复期智力障碍的效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年12月收治的脑卒中并伴有意识障碍患者106例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，各53例。两组均进行常规对症治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上使用醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、嗜睡程度、智能障碍程度、神经功能缺损程度及不良反应。结果 观察组的总有效率为96.23%，明显高于对照组的81.13%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后7、14 d的GCS、MMES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的NIHSS评分均明显降低，且观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组的ADL评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 醒脑静注射治疗脑卒中恢复期智力障碍的效果显著，可有效促进神经功能及智能的恢复，改善其昏睡状态，利于预后，且用药安全可靠。 　　[关键词]脑卒中；恢复期；智力障碍；醒脑静；昏睡程度；神经功能 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（a）-0168-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of mental retardation in convalescence of stroke.Methods 106 patients with stroke complicated with dysgnosia from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as object，and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method，and there were 53 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment，and observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection based on the routine treatment.The curative effect，degree of lethargy，degree of intellectual disability，degree of nerve function defect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group （96.23%） was higher than control group （81.13%） （P0.05）.After 7 d and 14 d treatment，the scores of GCS and MMES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.After treatment，NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.After treatment，the score of activity of daily living in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of mental retardation in convalescence of stroke is effective，and it can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function and intelligence，improve the state of drowsiness of patients，be beneficial t
