遵义市全科医师规范化培训学员下基层工作的困难和阻力之定性研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.2.99 　　摘 要 目的：调查贵州省遵义市全科医师规范化培训后下基层面临的主要困难、阻力，为相关政策的制定提供参考。方法：采用头脑风暴法结合选题小组访谈的方法，调查参加全科医师规范化培训的学员对全科医师规范化培训后下基层面临的主要困难、阻力以及所需要的相关政策支持的看法。结果：全科医师规范化培训后下基层面临的主要困难、阻力主要集中于待遇、个人发展、基层条件等方面，学员所希望的政策支持也集中于上述方面。结论：基层医疗系统的待遇、条件以及基层医生的个人发展问题是全科医师规范化培训学员最为关注的问题，也是规培学员下基层的阻力，值得高度重视，但规范化培训学员对已出台的国家相关政策的不了解，以及全科医学培训中暴露的专业性及社区针对性不足的问题也应引起重视。 　　关键词 全科医师 规范化培训 选题小组访谈 　　The qualitative research of main difficulties and resistance faced after standardized training of general practitioners in Zunyi city of Guizhou province. 　　Liu Xiaoping，Xu Deying，Liu Shaojie，Guo Aimin 　　The Capital medical university School of cotinuing education and in general medicine.Beijing.100069 　　Abstract Objective：Survey main difficulties and resistance faced after standardized training of general practitioners in Guizhou province.Methods：By brainstorming combined with the topic group interviews，to investigate the general practitioners standardized training students on the main difficulties，resistance and the relevant policy support faced in grassroots after standardized training of general practitioners.Results：The main difficulties and resistance faced，the grassroots after standardized training of general practitioners mainly focus on pay，personal development，basic conditions，and students hoped for policy support is also focused on the above aspects.Conclusion：Primary medical treatment，condition of the system and the personal development of grassroots doctors problem are the most concerns of the training students，and are also resistance to grassroots，which worth paying more attention to.But do not understand the relevant national policy of compliance training students，and the problems of general medical training in professional and community specific problems should be paid attention to. 　　Key words General practitioners；Standardized training；Topic group interview 　　《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中指出，新医改目标是建立健全覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度，为群众提供安全、有效、方
