船舶防污染措施 班级 轮机7班 【内容提要】 目前，在世界贸易逐步向全球化转化中，海运作为贸易主要的运输方式，在运输的过程中船舶会对海洋环境出现直接的和间接的污染。对于海洋的污染集中体现在对海洋水域，以及海洋上方大气的污染。海洋总面积为3.6亿k㎡,覆盖了地球表面的71％，是全球生命支持系统的一个基本组成部分，也是资源的宝库，环境的重要调节器，同时也是为大宗物资提供了最廉价最便捷的运输方式。交通运输方式中海运呈最强势，承担着80﹪以上的国际贸易货物运输，但不断增加的世界商船总吨位、数量，给日益严峻的海洋环境质量带来了越来越多的来自船舶污染的压力。鉴于此，处理船舶排污，防止船舶污染环境，采取各种行之有效的措施，严格监控船舶对海洋环境的污染势在必行，以让船舶安全、有效地航行在清洁的海洋上，促进人类社会可持续发展战略的实现。 【关键词】：船舶污染；海洋环保；船舶管理；环保措施 【Abstract】：At present, in the world trade to the globalized transformation, the marine transportation takes the trade main transport mode gradually, the ships will present direct and the indirect pollution in transportations process to the marine environment. Manifests regarding the sea pollution centralism to the sea waters, as well as above sea atmospheric pollution. The sea total area is 360,000,000k㎡, has covered the earths surface 71%, is a whole world life support systems basic building block, is also the resources treasure house, the environment important regulator, simultaneously was also has provided the most inexpensive most convenient transport mode for the large amount commodity. In the transportation way the marine transportation assumes the most strong trend, is undertaking percentage 80 above international trade goods traffic, but increases unceasingly the world merchant gross tons, quantity, have brought day by day more and more much the pressure which for the stern marine environment quality pollutes from the ships.
