PAGE 本科生毕业论文（设计） 电子商务之中小外贸企业网络建站分析 姓　　名 张菲 学　　号 20094170340 专　　业 电子商务 指导教师 向华 2013年5月10日 摘　要 电子商务给很多行业带来新的发展机会，国内中小外贸企业更是要抓住机遇，开拓渠道来在新的领域增加效益。现在很多公司做外贸网站，需要整合众多的资源，这里包括对网站建设人才的需求，也要有懂得专业优化和营销的技术员工组成一个运营团队。建企业网站是简洁高效的把产品推向国外市场的好方法。网络的受众范围遍及全球，世界各地的潜在客户都是值得争取的，都存在交易和合作的可能。现在是一个信息就是财富的时代，足够优质的产品和高附加价值的服务可以让一个企业在众多参与做外贸网站营销的同行中成为佼佼者。 在利用外贸网站做面向国外客户的营销过程中，中小企业的管理人员需要注意处理好一系列的问题。线上的网站代表着企业的形象，每个产品的展示体现出企业的文化等潜在信息，在线客服的态度体现企业全体成员的素质水平。所有的细节都是要做到更好。做网站的安全问题要考虑，核心而且重要的信息资料及时备份保存，带有网上交易支付功能的网站，要时刻做好安全防范。 关键词：中小外贸企业；网络建站；企业网站 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 2 - Abstract E-commerce has brought new development opportunities to many industries , the domestic small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises should seize the opportunity to explore ways to increase sales in new areas . Now many companies set up foreign trade website , they integrate a large number of resources , including the needs of the site construction personnel , the technical staff of professional seoers and marketing operation team . Built corporate website is a simple and efficient way to get access to foreign markets . Network audience all over the world are worth fighting for , there are chances of cooperation . Now in the era of information is wealth , high-quality products and good after sale service allows a business to become a leader in many foreign trade company competitors . In the use of trade website for foreign customers in the marketing process , the management of small and medium enterprises need to pay attention to a series of questions . The online site on behalf of the company , every product reflects the corporate culture and the online customer service reflects the behavior of all the members of the enterprise . All the details need to be better . There are site safety issues to consider , core and important information to back up , the save of website data with online transaction payment function , safety precautions should always be kept in mind .
