丙泊酚和七氟醚深麻醉下拔管在高血压患者中对比分析 　　摘要：目的：对比分析高血压患者在丙泊酚与七氟醚深麻醉下拔管时心血管变化以及相应的并发症，从而探讨并研究高血压患者在深麻醉下更为合理的拔管时间和方法。方法：选择我院从2009年1月1号到2009年10月1号收治的原发性高血压患者80例ASAI-Ⅱ级。手术前将患者的血控制在155/95mmHg以下。拟进行腹部手术。将这80例原发高血压患者随机分为两组，A组（七氟醚组）40例患者手术后采用七氟醚深麻醉下拔管；B组（丙泊酚组）40例患者手术后使用丙泊酚深麻醉下拔管。AB两组都采用静吸复合全麻+硬模外阻滞麻醉。观察并研究两组在入室后（T1），手术结束时（T2），气管拔管前（T3），气管拔管后即刻（T4），以及气管拔管后5min（T5），10min（T6）的SBP，DBP，HR，SpO2变化和并发症的情况。结果：A组（七氟醚组）在拔管后5min时的血压显而易见比B组（丙泊酚组）高，A组（七氟醚组）拔管之后患者的苏醒时间比B组（丙泊酚组）慢，苏醒期间有4例躁动患者。结论：使用丙泊酚深度麻醉或者是丙泊酚深度麻醉均可有效的消除高血压患者在拔管时的心血管反应，保持高血压患者的血压，以及心律的稳定，并且使用丙泊酚深度麻醉的效果比丙泊酚深度麻醉更好。 　　关键词：丙泊酚；七氟醚；深麻醉下拔管；高血压患者 　　Propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia tube drawing comparison analysis in patients with high blood pressure 　　Liang XuyinWang Xin 　　Abstract：Objective：comparative analysis of patients with high blood pressure in the propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia cardiovascular changes when drawing tube and the corresponding complications， so as to explore and study patients with high blood pressure in deep anesthesia decannulation time and method is more reasonable.
