上海某社区06月龄婴儿营养性疾病和喂养方式关联性分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析上海某社区0～6月龄婴儿营养性疾病与喂养方式关联性，探讨科学合理的喂养方式。方法：收集浦东新区康桥社区卫生服务中心儿保门诊1 823名0～6月龄婴幼儿的体检资料，根据喂养方式分为纯母乳喂养组998名和非纯母乳喂养组825名，对喂养方式与营养性缺铁性贫血（IDA）、肥胖与营养不良的关系进行分析。结果：纯母乳喂养儿发生IDA的比例高于非纯母乳喂养儿（13.23%比6.55%；P0.01）；纯母乳喂养儿肥胖与营养不良的发生比例与非纯母乳喂养儿无明显差别（P0.05）。结论：纯母乳喂养较易引起0～6月龄婴幼儿的IDA，提示在坚持纯母乳喂养的同时，还需对纯母乳喂养儿采取早期常规补铁的措施。 　　关键词 母乳喂养方式；0～6月龄婴儿；营养性缺铁性贫血；肥胖；营养不良 　　中图分类号：R723 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）06-0060-03 　　Analysis of the relationship between nutritional diseases and feeding patterns in 0～6 month old infants in a community of Shanghai 　　GU Yanmin 　　（Kangqiao Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201315， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the relationship between nutritional diseases and feeding patterns in 0～6 month old infants in a community of Shanghai to explore the scientific and rational feeding patterns. Methods： The physical examination data of 825 infants aged 0～6 months were collected in the Kangqiao Community Health Service Centre of Pudong New District and according to the feeding patterns， they were divided into a pure breast feeding group with 998 infants and a non pure breast feeding group with 825. The relationship between feeding patterns and nutritional iron deficiency anemia， obesity and malnutrition were analyzed. Results： The proportion of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in the pure breast feeding group was higher than that in the non pure breast feeding group （13.23% vs 6.55%， P0.01）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of obesity and malnutrition between the two groups（P0.05）.
