两种的方法治疗复发性翼状胬肉后创面修复及复发情况比较 　　[摘要]目的：分析比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植术与羊膜移植术在复发性翼状胬肉术后复发与创面修复中的效果。方法：选取我院眼科2012年1月～2014年1月间收治的复发性翼状胬肉患者100例。根据手术方法的不同分为两组，A组应用羊膜移植术；B组应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。比较两组治疗后复发率及手术创面的恢复情况。结果：A组在治疗后手术创缘长出肉芽肿，通过剪除后未再出现，创面恢复时间较长，A组治疗总满意度为75%，术后复发率为16%；B组在治疗后回访未见肉芽肿生长，创面恢复良好，B组患者治疗总满意度为96%，术后复发率为4%。两组的治疗效果存在差异，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉疗效显著，较羊膜移植术在术后复发率及创面恢复方面具有显著优势，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]翼状胬肉；自体角膜缘；干细胞移植术；疗效；复发 　　[中图分类号]R777.33 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）23-1975-03 　　Abstract： Objective To analysis and comparison of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation in the recurrent pterygium recurrence and wound repair. Methods To choose 100 cases of patients with recurrent pterygium in our ophthalmology department from January 2012 to January 2012，then depending on the surgical method was divided into two groups， Group A of the application of amniotic membrane transplantation，Group B application of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation. We compared the recurrence rate and surgical wounds of the two groups after treatment. Results Group A grew granuloma at operation wound edge after treatment，it was not reappeared after cut it off，but the wound recovery time was longer，and the total satisfactory rate of group A was 75%， postoperative recurrence rate was 16%. Group B did not appear granuloma after treatment，and the wound recovered well，the total satisfactory rate of group A was 96%， postoperative recurrence rate was 4%.The curative effect of two groups were differences，statistically was significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of recurrent pterygium curative effect significantly，compared with amniotic membrane transplantation in the postoperative recurrence rate and wound recovery has significant advantages，worth clinical promotion. 　　Key words： pterygium；autograft limbal；stem cell transplantation；curative effect；recrudescence 　　复发性
