不同类型高血压采用替米沙坦不同给药的方案治疗效果观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.16 　　摘要目的：研究分析替米沙坦治疗不同类型高血压的不同用药方案及其治疗效果，为其临床应用和研究提供有效的理论支撑。方法：2012年10月-2013年12月收治非杓型轻中度原发性高血压患者200例。根据患者在院接受治疗的不同时间，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各100例。对照组于上午8时行替米沙坦治疗，治疗组于晚8时行替米沙坦治疗，用药剂量均80 mg/次，1次/日，治疗12周后比较两组治疗效果。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组24小时无创动态血压监测情况及治疗后的收缩压与舒张压水平均明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗组不良反应发生情况较少，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：非杓型原发性高血压患者经替米沙坦治疗，于晚8时用药效果更佳，可有效的改善患者的血压类型，促进昼夜节律的恢复。 　　关键词高血压；替米沙坦；血压变化；昼夜节律；不良反应 　　Curative effect observation of different dosage regimen of telmisartan in different types of hypertension 　　Wang Shuxiu 　　The AIDS Prevention and Control Division，Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Mengzi City，Yunnan 661199 　　AbstractObjective：To study and analyze the different dosage regimen and treatment effect of telmisartan in the treatment of different types of hypertension.To provide a theoretical support for the clinical application and research.Methods：200 cases with non dipper mild-to-moderate essential hypertension were selected from October 2012 to December 2013.According to the different times of patients receiving treatment in hospital，they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The control group were treated with telmisartan at eight in the morning.The treatment group were treated with telmisartan at eight in the evening.The medication doses were 80 mg one time，1 time one day.After 12 weeks treatment，the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group，the 24 hours noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring condition and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels after treatment of the treatment group were obviously improved，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with the control group，the adverse reaction of the treatment group was less，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
