体育用品制造业效率评价的研究以湖北省为例 　　摘 要：运用数据包络方法（DEA）和Malmquist全要素生产率指数方法，对湖北省体育用品制造业效率进行评价。结合湖北省体育用品制造业的发展实际，确定了4个投入指标和2个产出指标。结果表明：2012―2013年湖北省体育用品制造业都处于无效状态，并存在投入冗余和产出不足；从Malmquist指数看，2012―2013年湖北省体育用品制造业的全要素生产率下降12.1%，在湖北省制造业中处于落后地位，虽然科技进步实现了正增长，但纯技术和规模无效造成了全要素生产率的负增长，其中纯技术无效是主要原因。建议湖北省体育用品制造业应引进先进的管理思想和管理办法，优化管理模式，提高行业资源的配置效率，形成产业集聚，充分发挥人、财、物、信息的作用，使行业管理水平与技术进步相匹配，实现可持续发展。 　　关键词：体育用品制造业；DEA；Malmquist指数；效率评价；湖北省；全要素生产率；技术效率 　　中图分类号：G 80-052 文章编号：1009-783X（2017）04-0318-05 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： Using data envelopment analysis （DEA） and Malmquist total factor productivity index method， the efficiency of sporting goods manufacturing industry in Hubei province is evaluated. According to the development of sporting goods manufacturing industry in Hubei Province， 4 input indexes and 2 output indexes are determined. The results showed that： sports goods manufacturing industry during 2012-2013 in Hubei province was in an invalid state， and there was input redundancy and output deficiency； from the perspective of Malmquist index， the total factor productivity of sports equipment manufacturing industry in Hubei Province fell 12.1% during 2012-2013， lagging behind other manufacturing industries in Hubei Province， where， although there is a positive growth in the progress of science and technology， pure technical and scale inefficiency caused negative TFP growth， which is the main reason of pure technical inefficiency. It is suggested that the sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei province should introduce advanced management ideas and management methods， optimize the management mode， improve the industry efficiency of resource allocation， achieve the formation of industrial agglomeration， give full play to the human， financial and material resources and the role of information， match the management level of the industry with technology progress， so as to achieve sustainable development. 　　Keywords： sports goods manufacturing industry； DEA； Malmquist index； efficiency evaluati
