Rd Taipei 106, Taiwan, ROC 摘要 台灣地區之地理及地形位置使得天然災害頻傳，地震、颱風、豪雨、洪水、土石流 等無法避免之天然意外災害，造成人民生命財產損失嚴重。當天然災害發生時，首要的 即是快速傳遞災情以及動員救災人員，為了將災情迅速傳遞至各相關災害應變中心，最 短時間內召集救災人員進駐各救災崗位，災情傳遞簡訊發送系統顯得格外重要。本文以 資料庫管理系統(DBMS)為基礎，利用Microsoft Access資料庫建置一套災情緊急簡訊發 送資料庫，透過登入認證機制，可有效管理資料庫，提供管理者發送簡訊、新增、修改、 刪除發送成員、群組資料等功能。於災害發生之初期，迅速發送災害緊急簡訊，有助於 救災人員迅速投入搶救災工作，以達成在災害搶救時效內傷患救助之目的。 關鍵詞: 簡訊、資料庫、災害 Abstract Because of the topography and the geographical location of Taiwan, natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rains, floods, and debris flows are frequent causing severe property damage and loss of life.
