图书馆早期婴幼儿阅读推广问题的研究 　　摘 要 从服务理念、机构职责规定、计划设计参与和推广、人员素质管理方面、项目调研评估的经验等四个方面，论文梳理了英国公共图书馆的早期婴幼儿阅读推广经验，归纳其基本思路，并从整体规划、增加学术关注和提升人员素质三个方面，为我国的早期婴幼儿阅读推广工作的改进提出一些可行性建议。 　　关键词 婴幼儿 早期阅读 阅读推广 英国公共图书馆 　　分类号 G252.1 　　DOI 10.16810/ki.1672-514X.2018.04.020 　　Abstract From the serving concepts， the rules of coordination， the design and development of the reading promotion project， the administration of human resources， and the experience of project research and evaluation， this paper combs the experiences of the babies and the toddlers’ early reading promotion of British public library， and summarizes thei
