国内外商业银行薪酬制度比较研究 　　摘要:美国次级贷款危机以后,关于金融机构薪酬制度的讨论很多。本文在银行公司治理的基础上将现有的薪酬制度分为三种:英美模式、德日模式及转型经济体模式,展开横向比较分析,进而对我国商业银行如何优化薪酬制度提出了建议。 　　关键词:商业银行;薪酬制度;比较研究 　　 　　Abstract:After the U.S. subprime crisis,people discuss a lot on the wage system of financial sector. In this paper,based on the theory of bank corporate governance,we divide current wage system into three types:Anglo-American mode, Germany and Japanese mode,and Transition Economy mode. Then we expand horizontal comparison analysis,and put forward some suggestions to optimize the wage system of Chinese commercial banks. 　　Key Words:commerci
