山西省灵石县地质灾害的现状及防治对策 　　【摘 要】灵石县位于山西省中南部,总人口24万人。境内矿产资源丰富,是全国首批61个重点产煤县之一,随着近年来经济的迅猛发展,引发了大量的地质灾害,严重威胁人民的生命财产安全,已造成5人死亡,9人受伤,直接经济损失4411.47万元,而且呈加剧趋势。文章在阐述灵石县地质环境背景基础上,系统介绍了区内地裂缝、不稳定斜坡、滑坡、泥石流、崩塌、地面塌陷等主要地质灾害的发育特征,并分析了各类灾害的成因,从宣传、规划、行政管理、法律保障、监测预报、高科技应用、治理措施、资金筹措等方面提出了合理的防灾减灾建议。 　　【关键词】地质灾害; 现状; 危害; 防灾减灾; 山西省灵石县 　　 　　The Prevention And Cure Countermove To Shan Xi,Lin Shi Countys Present Geology Hazards Situation 　　Zhang Guo-hong Qin Rui-ping??2 　　(1.Graduate SchoolofChinaGeosciencesUniversityWuhan Hubei 430074; 　　2.Shanxi three geology engineerings investigate a hospital Jinzhong Shanxi 030620) 　　【Abstract】Lin shi county is in the south of Shanxi. The population of it is about 240,000. It is one of the domestic first batch 61 stress countries that mines coal, for its rich mineral resources. In recent years, with the development of economy, it has caused lots of geology hazards, which intimidate the security of the peoples lives and wealth seriously. Up to now, five people died and nine people wounded.The directly economical loss reaches 4,411,470,000 yuan. And it is going more. The article here, based on talking about the geological environment of Lin shi County, introduces the development feature of the main geology hazards, signage of the earths surface, split unsteady slop, landslide,debris-flow,collapse,ground subsidence and so on. The analysis about the cause to the hazards is also marked.
