Three delicacies of Tianjin(津门三绝) Goubuli's Stuffed Buns(狗不理包子) Goubuli baozi was created in 1858 by a native man named gao guiyou of wuqing county,his nickname is gouzi. As his business was done well, he was always too busy to greet his customers. Therefore,people often played a joke on him and said that gouzi only cared about selling stuffed buns but not about the people.As time went by,people changed gouzi to goubuli an his stuffed bun to goubulibaozi. Guifaxiang Fried Dough Twists (桂发祥麻花) Visitors to Tianjin can see fried dough twists, a traditional Tianjin snack, sold almost everywhere in the city. The most famous ones are the "18th Street Fried Dough Twists", so called because they are made at the former 18th Street. The Guifaxiang Fried Dough Twist General Shop is now situated at 568 Dagu Road South in Hexi District, the original location of the former 18th Street shop. It produces the traditional 18th Street Fried Dough Twists. The dough twists made at this shop are aromatic, sweet, crunchy and crisp. Guifaxiang dough twists are also sold in Food Street. Each of the dough twists weighs about two or three pounds. They are appetizing in colour and fancy in shape. Ear-Hole Fried Cake（耳朵眼炸糕） The Ear- Hole Fried Cake is another one of the famous traditional Tianjin snacks. It got its name from the narrow Ear- Hole Street in Tianin's Beidaguan,where the shop selling it was located. The Ear-Hold Fried Cake has a history of more than 80 years.
