新时期体育院校来华留学生工作管理SWOT分析及对策的研究 　　摘 要 随着我国国际交流程度的不断深化，来华留学生群体不断壮大。其中，我国体育事业国际影响力的提升更是带动了大批留学生来华学习体育专业，体育类院校的留学生人数随即不断攀升。体育类院校如何更好地抓住机遇，利用专业特色，服务我国高校“双一流”建设，服务外交战略大局，为建成“留学强国”贡献力量成为重要课题。本文主要利用SWOT分析法，以首都体育学院为例，通过具体分析，提出合理有效的对策建议，以期为其他同类体育院校留学生工作提供借鉴和参考。 　　关键词 首都体育学院 留学生工作管理 SWOT分析 　　中图分类号：G648.9 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2017.08.077 　　SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Foreign Students Work Management in Sports Universities in the New Period 　　――Take Capital University of Physical Education and Sports as an example 　　ZOU Jiahui， SHEN Li， JING Shiyu 　　（Capital University of Physical Education and Sports， Beijing 100191） 　　Abstract With the deepening of international communication in China， the number of students studying abroad has been growing steadily. How to better seize the opportunity， use the professional features， serve the double top class construction of our universities， serve the overall situation of the diplomatic strategy， and become an important task for the construction of studying abroad power. This article mainly uses SWOT analysis method， taking Capital Institute of Physical Education as an example， through the concrete analysis， puts forward the reasonable and effective countermeasure suggestion， in order to provide the reference and the reference for other similar sports colleges and universities overseas students work. 　　Keywords Capital University of Physical Education and Sports； foreign students’ work management； SWOT analysis 　　1 首都?w育学院留学生工作管理现状 　　1.1 学生概况 　　首都体育学院自1995年开始，招收外国留学生，发展至今，已由最初的不足10人发展到上百人。2016年，我校共接收各类留学生共计279人次（含各类短期团组），较去年增长15.3%。学校招收包括非学历生、本科、硕士和博士各个学历层次的留学生，其中尤以非学历生为主，占留学生总数的88.5%。本科、硕士和博士人次分别占6人次、19人次和7人次。 　　1.2 专业设置 　　目前，学校非学历生专业设置包括汉语、武术和中医运动养生
