城市化背景下班主任校本培训研究 英文摘要 content and the ways of the education of the head teachers;then a questionaire survey and interview of the working status and the training status of the teachers form three schools with a history of more than 30 years in Wuzhong Economic Development Zone were carried out. The head teachers were divided into four categories according to the length of their teaching work, and were analysed with the focuses of the cultural quality and theoretical level, the working methods and the ability level as well as the work attitude and self-development requirements of the head teachers. And related personnel were interviewed for the current situation and the requirements of development. Combined with the situation of the Yuexi Middle School of the Wuzhong District, this paper carried out the practical study of the content, methods, ways and evaluation mechanism of the school-based training, explored the effective model of the school-based training during the urbanization. And finally this paper provide a case of the school-based training of the head teachers, and discuss the ways to carry out effective school-based training with the accommodation with the requirements of the developments of society.
