The Explore Discussion of Problems of Urban Industrial Land Layout In Master Urban Planning Specialty: Urban Planning and Design Master Candidate: Dai Guanjun Instructor: Prof. Duan Degang Abstract As a whole our country city is in the crucial stage of industrialization now. While industrialization is the main motivation of urbanization, urban function plays a key role in the development of industry structure optimization of economic growth. In the urban planning layout analysis, the author discusses planning problems of industrial space layout in the current stage of though central and western Chinas industrial land overall our country. Layout of industrial land is excessive concentration, while this way is mainly manifested in the population. Excessive centralism manifests in two aspects: one is industrial land almost all concentrated in the industrial park or industrial concentration zone, the other is industrial park or industrial clusters in only one or two places in most cities. Industrial land excessive concentration resulted in the separation of duty living space layout, increasing the commuter traffic. Which goes against the principles of fairness and efficiency of urban development, has affected the healthy development of the city, and while is not suitable for economic development of the cities. Through the analysis of the causes of knowable excessive concentration the distribution mainly includes several aspects: (1) most planner influenced by functional partition, think should focus layout for industry; (2) the relevant regulations of the urban and rural planning lack of specific guidance on the layout of industrial land, industrial land in the new national standard classification space directivity is not strong; (3) city back into the garden, industrial park to the central of the relevant policies to guide; (4) economic factors such as industrial agglomeration benefit induction.
