摘要 化性能较好,氧化增重很低,其抗热震临界温差值达到 600oC。 利用振动热压烧结 ZrB2 复合材料,选择铝粉、碳化硼和碳粉为烧结助剂, 以振动热压烧结进行烧结,在 1600oC 的相对低温下,外加 50 吨的变压,在振 动热压烧结炉中烧结得到相对密度超过 100%的样品,其强度可达 600MPa,相 比常见的恒压烧结有了很大的提升。材料表现出良好的抗氧化性和抗热震性, 其单位面积增重很低,临界抗热震温差值达到 756oC。相比恒压烧结,振动烧结 可以减少塑性形变和晶界滑移,可以极大的祛除材料内部的气孔,增大材料的 致密度,得到高强度的样品。 关键词: 高 压 高 温 二 硼 化 锆 SiC 振动 热 压 烧 结 SPS 烧结 II Abstract Ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs) is the ceramic materials which is using in a temperature of upper 2000oC, such as ZrB2, HfB2, SiC, ZrC, ZrB2/SiC/C et al. The good properties like high melting point, high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical properties make UHTCs particularly attractive and potential candidates for use as sharp wing leading edges (WLEs) and nose tips for thermal protection of hypersonic vehicles during re-entry conditions. This play a great important role in our aerospace career and security of country. However, the sintering of ZrB2 requires very high temperature and high pressure owing to the high melting point, strong covalent bonding, low self-diffusion coefficients and difficulties in diffusion. Furthermore, the oxide like B2O3 which are exist on the surface of the ZrB2 materials will prevent the densification of the materials. There is two ways can be useful to densification of the ZrB2 ceramic. One is to make an external field to promote the materials densification; another is to apply some sintering additives. In this paper, three new sintering methods have been used to densify the ZrB2 ceramics. Proper sintering additives and in-situ reaction were used in the densification system. Vickers’ hardness, bulk density, flexural strength and fracture toughness were tested. The microstructure and phase fraction of sintered specimens were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The anti-oxidation and thermal shock resistance of these samples making through different sintering methods have been studied. ZrB2 and SiC mixed powders were sintered by high pressure and
