Abstract The thesis, adopting mainly Marxist position and viewpoint, carries on the traditional culture critically, starting with the realistic requirements of integrating the ruling partys culture construction with the traditional culture, discussing the realistic value of traditional culture and its contemporary value for the ruling party’s culture construction, supplying the ruling Partys construction with useful supplement and reference. Traditional culture has played an important role on the formation of our Chinese nation and our nations stable development, including many reasonable factors among them. Therefore we should deeply research into it, guided by Marxist historical materialism, rejecting its feudalist dross, and assimilating its democracy essence, and absorb the useful for today. In traditional culture the principles of cultivating oneself, moral ideals, sense of people standard, thought of exaltation of the virtuous, strategies of running a country, ways of making use of a person, wisdom of management, etc. could completely be reused for today after alteration. It is of so great realistic importance that the ruling party in the new conditions should absorb its useful political nutrition to strengthen and improve the ruling partys construction. The article is divided into five parts, Namely, Introduction and four chapters of the text. The first chapter is about Chinas traditional political culture is the premise of the ruling party’s culture and the reality of the soil. The second chapter stresses that the traditional political culture include of some reasonable factors. Chapter Third chapter: several negative factors of the traditional political culture. Chapter four: How to correctly understand the traditional political culture, Carry forward critically the traditional culture,used by parties and it ’s cultural construction.
