Research on the Supply Chain Partner’s Selection and Relationship Management of Real Estate Enterprises Specialty: Engineering economics and management Name: Wang Yuze Instructor:Professor Luo Fuzhou ABSTRACT The real estate industry is a pillar industry of our country’s national economy,and it is closely related to the life of the common people, at the same time,the development situation of the real estate industry affects the countrys economic development situation directly,and in order to ensure the good operation of the real estate industry, real estate enterprise itself also needs a set of perfect management measures except national macroeconomic regulation and control. Real estate enterprise supply chain’s successful operation is the outcome that the combined action of all nodes on the supply chain members, real estate enterprise supply chain partners’ core competitiveness level and partner relationship management problems are the key problems when the real estate enterprise in its development process.To ensure healthy and steady real estate enterprises’ development, it is necessary to set up integration system of real estate enterprise supply chain management,and use the theory of supply chain management to choose suitable partner for real estate enterprises,and do the research of partner relationship management. This paper firstly reviews the relative concepts of real estate enterprise supply chain partners and methods of partner selection,and uses it as a theoretical basis,and then uses the perspective of challenges for real estate development and the advantage of supply chain management to analyse the necessity that real estate enterprise apply supply chain management,and all this do the matting for the core of this article.
