Abstract
From 1998 when the UK government published “Creative Industries Mapping Document” and put forward the concept of creative industries firstly, many countries in the world responded actively. Creative industries is a industry with high added value, whose development and booming may add culture and knowledge content to the traditional manufacturing industry greatly ,and increase the brand awareness and international competitiveness of the traditional industry. While Chinas creative industry started late, and compared with the developed countries, the creative ability of creative personnel in our country is far from adapting to the needs of the rapid development of creative industry .Based on this consideration, we must vigorously promote the creative ability of creative personnel to make Chinas creative industry have the advantage of backwardness.
Researches on creative ability of previous scholars were one-sided, and not for creative personnel which is a group of special meaning for the creative industry, not for the influence factors of creative ability, ether. This article carries on the affecting factors and evaluation research on creative ability of creative personnel, and based on these two studies, puts forward promotion strategy of the creative ability.
Through the understanding and summarizing of the literature before, this article first made clear the connotation and the process of creative .Creative is not only good thought and idea, but also includes the specific execution of creative activities and creative results of the output. To further define the creative ability, the creative ability, will be divided into three dimensions for the first time: creative thinking ability, creative action ability and creative results output capacity.
This article then carries out theoretical analysis of influence factors of creative personnels creative ability, and gets the data through the questionnaire method to make an empirical analysis of the influencing
