Abstract With continuous deepening of Reform and Opening-up and rapid economic development, many companies become stronger, growing into enterprise groups. Capital management thus is playing an increasingly important role due to these group’s quick growth, and the finance firm has assumed functions of fund-raising, resource allocation, capital management, consultancy and so on. The firm, which arouses public interests, is not only accelerate enterprise’s development but also make up shortcomings of existing financial system.. This paper takes Founder’s finance firm as research subject, and analyzes its establishment, status and existing weakness by combining theory with practice. It also suggests how to run the finance firm effectively so as to offer beneficial reference on finance firm’s founding, operation and group’s health development. Purpose: With the purpose of providing suggestions for Founder’s finance firm’s future development and offering beneficial reference to its establishment and running, this article researches relevant theories and experience at home and abroad. Besides, the practical situation existing in the firm’s founding and operation is also analyzed so as to achieve the above purpose. Methods： Based on case study method, which is the combination of professional theory with practical business, this article discusses and analyzes the finance firm’s operation under its reality as well as relevant theories. Results： After researching practical business of Founder’s finance firm, the paper illustrates that finance firm should choose its operation mode according to the different developing process and status of enterprise group. What’s more, its operation should be able to disperse business risks and contribute to the Industry and Finance Combination and healthy development, maximizing economic benefit.
