Abstract With the sustained and rapid development of Chinas national economy, China has become the worlds second largest electricity consumer following the United States. Shortage of coal and other conventional energy sources has a serious impact on economic development, and people think that environmental problems are caused due to coal power increasing. In this case, to seek new energy sources in order to optimize the power structure has become a top priority. Wind power is the most technologically mature, the largest development and commercialization prospects for development technology in addition to hydroelectric power. Wind power has been more and more attention and favor in the world . The wind turbine can be divided into two types: vertical axis wind turbines and horizontal axis wind turbine. Wind turbine spindle perpendicular to the ground, it is called a vertical axis wind turbine. Wind turbine spindle parallel to the ground, it is called the horizontal axis wind turbine, and it is perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the wind turbine .With its lower cost, more and more attention has been paid to vertical axis wind turbine in recent years.
