Second, by the way of a sample survey of the migrant workers in Huainan and Fuyang, we analyzed income and expenditure, willingness to participate in social insurance analysis of the migrant workers. We concluded that the level of education of the majority migrant workers is relatively low. They are short of money, and the cost of living is relatively small and mainly used for room and board. Most of the migrant workers need social insurance, but the purchasing power is small. Third, based on research of the migrant workers, China the status of the social security system was analyzed.
