ABSTRACT The imported car market develop quickly in China since China government cancel the imported quota on car in 2005. The imported car market provided new situation since June 2012. Large stock, slowly market demand, patterns adjustment and huge competition. In future, the imported car market will increase steadily but aggravate competes. The small displacement imported cars go down with decreasing prices. The German cars will occupy big market ratio and active in some period. The consumers become rational consumption and prefer the personalized cars. Imported SUV is still the main types and MPV market will increase quickly. The new energy auto market is the development direction. The imported cars comply with Chinese car regulation occupy 90% and the rest only occupy 10% in the market. But the car market which not comply with Chinese car regulation develop quite well with bright future but itself not perfect yet. The competition of segmentation between these two types of cars is severe day by day, and non Chinese regulation car market is mixed because of the no order competition and non-perfect government policy. The current auto industry circulation policy protect the benefit of sole agency of imported brand which cause the monopoly, the high price and long maintenance period. The 4S shops cannot get priority and keep their own benefit. So the current situation is that the supplying channels are too much and with severe competition. Non Chinese stipulation cars develop quickly because of the market demand. Our government should encourage and improve such market order, that is to allow the parallel import and break the monopoly. Guohe company encourage and develop to import the non-Chinese stipulation cars instead of focus on traditional 4S shops. Guohe company will establish the proper channel in China, such as three quality guarantees, modern way to raise capital, reduce capital cost and establish professional associations.
