The Research About Reuse Of Old Building Resources In City Organic Update Abstract With the conflict between the scarce of land resources and the expansion of urban intensified, and also with the people concerning on historic preservation and sustainable development, the existing city, landscape, and building reuse, are set off heat waves around the world. In foreign countries, the theory and practice of reusing old architectural resources have over hundred years history,the development of theory are relatively mature, in China, more mature theory of this field focused on the protection and the research of heritage buildings. In practice, the general treatment of the old city old buildings are still to root out the old building and build a new one , resulting in urban fabric broken, context fragmented, regional characteristics disappeared. In recent years, our country are paying attention to recycling building with the purpose of continuous use, but both theory and practice are merely tasted in the initial stage and the target object of reusing is small,and the use of methods is single. For different types resources of old buildings, the design method of reusing does not form a systematic theory. In the above context, this paper attempts to segment the resources of the old buildings systematicly,and tap the potential value of the old architectural resources from the macro to the micro to reposition the reusing design and development of old building. The main contents of the article are three points. First, point out the design methods about reusing old building on the overall level from space, form, structure and function. rom space, form, structure, function. Second,point out the strategy of reusing old building on building components level from the reconstruction of landscape elements and building construction elements.The third, reuse the old building ecologicaly.
