摘 要 摘 要 城市生活垃圾是人们在日常生活中产生的废弃物，由于目前对城市生活垃圾 处理处置不当，不仅造成了资源的浪费，更对环境造成了严重的污染。当人们开 始注重对城市生活垃圾的污染治理时，提出了“减量化、资源化、无害化”的方 针，并兴建了生活垃圾综合处理厂，但是由于种种原因最终导致垃圾综合处理厂 不能正常运行。 本论文就是根据绵阳市城市生活垃圾综合处理厂在生产运行中遇到的困难和 问题，针对垃圾综合分选系统进行研究分析，对综合分选系统工艺流程进行优化 设计，来达到改善城市生活垃圾处理处置效果的目标。 本论文的主要研究内容如下： 1. 通过资料收集和文献分析了解了当前垃圾处理工艺和分选设备使用情况， 以及将来的发展趋势； 2. 对绵阳市城市生活垃圾组成成分进行了测定和分析，对各粒度等级内的各 种物料的可资源化性能进行了评价； 3. 通过对绵阳市垃圾综合分选系统运行情况的调查和分析，找出了影响生活 垃圾处理效果的真正原因； 4. 采用“5W1H”提问技术和“ECRS”原则对综合分选系统工艺流程进行 了优化设计，并提出了三种可供选择的优化方案； 5. 运用模糊数学综合评价法对三种优化方案进行了评价，选出了最优方案 （方案三），并完成了该方案的技术经济分析； 6. 展望了现场管理技术在垃圾综合分选系统中取得的预期效果，并提出了开 展垃圾源头分类的各项举措。 关键词：城市生活垃圾，综合分选，流程优化，5W1H，模糊数学评价 Ⅰ ABSTRACT MSW(Municipal solid waste) is the waste generated in daily life of people. As the current improper disposal of MSW, not only cause a waste of resources, more on the environment causing serious pollution. When people began to focus on MSW pollution control, the proposed “reduction, recycling, harmless” approach, and the construction of an integrated waste treatment plant, but due to various reasons leading to an integrated waste treatment plant does not run.
