城镇化背景下新生代农民工就业问题研究 摘 要 农民工是随着我国改革开放进程的推进而不断发展壮大起来的群体，在改革 开放 30 多年的实践中，他们为我国经济社会和城市的发展不断贡献着自己的力 量。近年来，随着农民工年龄的增长，新生代农民工这一群体逐渐形成。随着我 国城镇化进程的不断推进，老一代农民工已经逐步为新生代农民工所取代，新生 代农民工这一群体已经成为促进我国在新的时期经济发展、社会进步的重要力 量。但是，由于各种主客观方面原因的影响，我国新生代农民工在城镇就业却面 临种种问题，这一群体的就业问题也日益引起我国政府乃至全社会的高度关注。 因此，如何解决这一群体的就业问题就显得至关重要。 本论文在深入研究我国新生代农民工在城镇就业的现状、问题与原因的基础 上，经过深入细致的分析，提出解决我国新生代农民工就业问题的对策和建议。 论文共包括六部分内容：第一部分为绪论，主要包括论文的选题背景与研究意义、 国内国外对相关问题的研究现状以及本论文的研究思路与研究方法；第二部分主 要对论文中涉及到的相关理论进行了简要阐述，并对论文中涉及到的主要概念进 行了界定；第三部分主要介绍了城镇化背景下我国新生代农民工就业现状，包括 新生代农民工就业的状况、特点以及存在的问题等；第四部分从主观和客观两个 方面深入研究了我国新生代农民工就业存在问题的原因，力求能够对症下药，逐 步解决这一群体的就业问题；第五部分提出了解决我国新生代农民工就业问题的 对策和建议；第六部分为结束语，对本文进行总结，并指出本文的不足之处。 关键词： 城镇化；新生代农民工；就业问题；对策 The Research of the New Generation Migrant Workers Employment under the Background of Urbanization Abstract The migrant workers is growing stronger with the advancement of Chinas reform and opening up , in the 30 years practice of the reform and opening up , they are contributing their own strength to the development of our economy,society and city . In recent years, the new generation of migrant workers appear for the migrant workers have a generational divide with the growth of the age . With the advancement of Chinas urbanization , the new generation of migrant workers have gradually replaced the old migrant workers as an important force in the period of Chinas economic and social development in the new period. However, due to the various subjective and objective reasons, the new generation of migrant workers face the employment problems in cities and towns, the employment problem of this group also causes the high attention of our government and even the whole society increasingly. Therefore, it is very important to solve the problem of this groups employment.
