ABSTRACT Multi-projects process management is a new development of Project proωss management 丁he theory of multi伊oject process management ，origin from project management and process management 由eory，is the management model of correlated projects with the application of process managemen t. Currently ，th町e are few ? researches on the correlated process，just some on basically parallel process under simple conditions. This pap町 attempts to s阳dy 伽 o伊imizing method of the parallel 噜 and master-slave correlated process，and formulates the system of the optimizing method on the correlated process. This article aims to study 加。严imization and management issues of multi严Oject correlated process. Fir珉， the paper analyzes the recently res倒rch and development of the multi-project process management and optimization. Secondly， 由is paper introduces definition and the characteristics of the multi. project prωess management ，researches the existing method on multi-project management ，analyzes and summarizes the existing prωess optimization methods and their limitations. Then， based on the th∞ηand practice ，this p叩er shows the two main types of multi-project ωηelated process: the multi-project parallel correlated process and the multiproject masterslave correlated process，formulates 伽eir logical structure and associated platform， and uses the CPM(critical pa仙 method) and GERT(Graphiω1 Evaluation and Review Technique) to optimize 由em.
