摘 要 本研究通过质化研究探讨儿童对成人发展的影响。研究者首先分析了儿童影 响成人发展的表现，并在此基础上对儿童影响成人发展的特点及原因进行了分 析，最后向儿童父母及社会提出了一些帮助成人更好发展的建议。 研究发现，儿童对成人发展的影响主要有：在行为方式方面表现为规范成人 的生活、言行习惯，增加成人学习的机会；在心理方面表现为丰富成人的情感、 完善成人的性格、改变成人某些想法和观念，活跃成人的思维；在社会关系方面 表现为促进和谐的家庭关系以及人际交往关系。 研究还发现儿童影响成人发展的特点表现出隐蔽性、阶段性、互动双向性、 带有浓重的感情色彩的特点。 对于本研究的研究结果即儿童影响成人发展的表现，可以运用社会学上的角 色理论和再社会化理论，生物学上的幼态持续理论，心理学上的动态系统理论进 行解释。 为了更好地利用儿童为成人提供的发展机会，研究者向儿童父母提出了一些 建议：合理规划孩子的出生时机；建立良好的亲子关系；经常反思；树立“向孩 子学习”的态度。同时，研究者还向社会提出了一些建议：为妇女提供更合理的 生育和保育支持；规范育儿家政服务市场，为他们提供更广阔的发展空间；规范 社会上形式多样的托儿机构。 关键词：儿童，成人，成人发展，影响 Abstract By the method of qualitative research, the research focused on the influences of child on adult development. After analyzing the phenomena of the influence，the researcher studied the characteristics and the reasons of these influences. Then some suggestions of helping adults developing better were given to the parents and the society. The main influences of child on adult development include making the daily habits and the words and deeds more normative, increasing opportunities on studying, enriching the emotions of adults, making their disposition more perfect, renewing some of their conceptions and thoughts, flourishing their modes of thinking and promoting the harmonious family and interpersonal relationship . The main characteristics of these influences include: latent influences to most of people, interaction of the double roles, different influences because of different stages and strong emotions. Some theories such as the role theory and the resocialization theory from sociology, the neoteny theory from biology and the dynamic systems perspective from psychology were used to explain why children can influence adult development. In order to take advantage of the developmental opportunities that the children offer, some suggestions were given to the parents and the society. The parents had better make full preparation before the baby comes and keep a good relationship with the baby. They should often reflect and learn from children.
