儿童自行车整体设计研究 摘要 儿童自行车是玩具 童车类产品中的一个重要门类除了儿童自行 车之外 童车类产品还包括 儿童三轮车 儿童推车和儿童学步车等 也是深受儿童喜爱的童车产品之一 中国目前拥有 0-12 岁的少年儿童及 婴儿人口 2.86 亿 这是一个巨大的儿童消费品市场 同时 国内玩具 童车类生产企业已有 8000 家 工业总产值超过 1000 亿元 全年出口额 达到 111.55 亿美元 中国已然成为玩具 童车类产品的制造大国 然而 国内的童车制造业却仍处在世界童车产业链条的低端位置 缺乏自主产 权的原创设计 产品的安全质量问题等等 仍是影响童车制造业迈上新 台阶的巨大困扰 儿童自行车整体设计 就是指在儿童自行车的创新设 计过程中 设计思想的完整而全面地介入 由一个最简单的创意构思开 始 到产品的形态 色彩 装饰等的具体表现 再到产品的最终成形 直至走上商品销售的柜台 其中还包括产品的包装设计 广告宣传 产 品展示等工作的过程中 设计都起着至关重要的作用 对儿童自行车整 体设计策略的应用与研究是培养企业创新能力 强化企业竞争能力的重 要手段 提倡整体设计 就意味着提高童车企业创造自主知识产权的能 力 并且将现代工业设计思想和方法导入到童车产业之中 使企业迅速 提高童车产品的自主创新能力 保持市场竞争优势 进而提升中国儿童 自行车制造业在世界产业链中的地位 关键词 儿童自行车 玩具 童车 设计 整体设计 RESEARCH ON COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN OF BICYCLES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN ABSTRACT A bicycle for young children is one of the most important child goods of toys and baby carriage (Besides Bicycles for young children, product of baby carriage still includes: tricycles for young children, perambulators for young children and baby walking frames), and also deeply favorite one of child goods. China owns young children and infants population of 0.286 billion. This is a large child customer market. At the same time, there have been 8000 enterprises, which produce toys, baby carriages in our country. The industry total production values 100 billion one year, moreover these enterprises export over 11.155 billion US$ whole years. China has become the big country in manufacturing of the toy, baby carriage. However, local baby carriage enterprises still are placed in the low position of the whole baby carriage industry chain. These enterprises now face some troubles in exceeding a new step toward top baby carriage enterprise because they lack of independence original design and the safe quantity product.
